The Center for Outreach and Innovation is structured to respond with rapid and innovative solutions to the training and development needs of your organization. The solutions we offer are not off-the-shelf programs that might come close to meeting your training goals. Rather, training is designed and packaged specifically for your organization, working with you one on one. Each program is as unique as the needs of each individual employer.
The Lean Healthcare Program trains leadership and line staff at hospitals, nursing homes and clinics in the science of lean disciplines.
