Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) enables NCTC students, faculty and staff to borrow materials from other libraries. Patrons must have an active NCTC library account to submit a request. If you are unsure if you have an active account, please contact the library. The library does not submit ILL requests for community borrowers. Community borrowers are asked to submit ILL requests through their local public library.

Any type of material may be requested. The loan period and lending terms are determined by the lending library. Lending terms will be enforced. The library will notify patrons when items are received. All items are to be returned to the NCTC library prior to the due date, however photocopies of articles do not need to be returned.

Submit ILL requests by accessing Your Borrowing Record in the library catalog. Click the link below to review a tutorial.
